Dr. Hillel New

As leading dentist at CDIC, Dr. Hillel New has been providing patients with advanced dental care for over 28 years. Graduating from the University of Melbourne Dental School in 1991, Hillel took over the Armadale based clinic in 1994, now known as “CDIC” – Cosmetic Dental & Implant Centre.

Hillel began his surgical career with an oral surgery elective program at the prestigious Royal London Hospital where he was trained to perform advanced surgical procedures, not yet taught in Australia.

At CDIC, Hillel continues to hone his skills, particularly in the area of major dental rehabilitation. His easy going nature, attention to detail and passion for quality helps him achieve the best possible treatment outcomes for all his patients.

With a holistic outlook to providing perfect smiles coupled with facial beautification, Dr. New began his facial aesthetic training with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) completing advanced certification in 2017. In his pursuit to find more treatment options for a wider range of facial and aesthetic skin problems, he has also completed advanced training with the European ‘Laser and Health Academy’ (LAHA).

Four years ago, Dr. New co-founded FACELAB, an aesthetic and dermal clinic with multiple branches whose team of dentists, cosmetic doctors, dermal clinicians and beauty therapist work synergistically with their patients to achieve outstanding smiles with ‘age reversing’ results.

Hillel, considered across Australia as a “Key Opinion Leader” and has for years been conducting training programs for many of the world’s largest dental implant manufacturers as well as having been called on by the Australian Dental Practice Board and professional indemnity insurance companies to provide his expert opinions.

Dr Alex Fibishenko

Dr Alex Fibishenko attained his primary qualifications as a Dental Surgeon from the University of Melbourne in 1995 with accolades in Oral Surgery and Prosthodontics. He followed his passion for surgery and aesthetics and in 2002 his practice became uniquely exclusive to Reconstructive Dento-Facial Implant Surgery, with the ultimate goal that none of his patients ever have to wear dentures and can smile with confidence.

He developed the “All-On-4-Plus” system for immediate fixed oral rehabilitation, and numerous other surgical techniques, which have been widely adopted by surgeons around the world.

He has worked for many years in a surgical capacity alongside dentists and specialists throughout Australia, and has become one of today’s most respected implant surgeons, innovators, and educators, and a key opinion leader in aesthetic and functional dento-facial rehabilitation.

To complement his surgical practice he pursued advanced training specific to facial aesthetics with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and completed his advanced certification in 2017.

Dr Fibishenko is visiting lecturer at NYU College of Dentistry Linhart CDE Program, an honorary professor at various universities, fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a frequently invited speaker internationally on advanced surgical concepts as well as and non- surgical facial aesthetics.

Dr Fibishenko is founder of All-On-4 Clinic for dento-facial implant rehabilitation, and co-founder FACELAB, an aesthetic and dermal clinic, which today has multiple locations and a team of cosmetic doctors, dermal clinicians, and beauty therapists for a collaborative process in healthcare and aesthetic living.
